Dear Tiny,
Today is Dad's birthday. Your grandma is here visiting from Wisconsin and we're all going to the movies. (Dad loves going to the movies).
I'm really excited to have birthday celebrations with our little family as we grow. Dad's birthday is right before our anniversary, so we'll always have a lot of celebrating to do in mid-August! When I was growing up, Nana and Pop-pop used to let us choose what we wanted for dinner on our birthday. Then Nana would always make a birthday cake and we'd sing and blow out candles and unwrap presents.
Since Dad doesn't love cake AND his birthday is in the summer, maybe we'll skip the cake and get popsicles instead. New traditions!
